Responsible for IT Service Desk Team members which includes delegating tasks and assigning proper resources to achieve targets. Improved the enterprise user experience day-to-day with customer service while ensuring nuclear compliance, security, and infrastructure needs were met. Responsibilities included working with Physics professors to develop a strong, productive learning atmosphere for students; holding open hours to help students solve problems and better understand the material they learn in class; grading student work for professors, providing feedback on student performance, and suggesting areas to review.

Assessing the Feasibility and Efficacy of Iceland's Energy Plan: A Critical Evaluation, May 2023

Iceland's Climate Action Plan (2020) which showcases the country's plan to cut greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55% from the 1990 baseline by 2030 and become carbon neutral by 2040. This assessment examines the existing energy landscape in Iceland and evaluates the CAP 2020 in terms of its potential advantages and limitations.
